I had an excellent experience with Pet Express Dubai and I want to specifically thank Renjitha for her outstanding support throughout the entire process. From day one, she was incredibly responsive and proactive. There wasn’t a single day where I felt left in the dark. Even outside of regular working hours, she made sure to respond and guide us, which gave me a lot of confidence that our pet’s relocation was in safe hands. Moving a pet to Australia is not easy at all, especially with how strict and detailed the biosecurity requirements are. However, Renjitha and the team made the entire process smooth and manageable. Every step was clearly explained in advance, and all documentation, vaccinations, and compliance requirements were handled meticulously. Nothing was missed. What truly stood out was their end to end professionalism. Even after Cookie arrived in quarantine in Australia, the team continued to stay engaged and kept me informed of any updates and communication. That level of follow through is rare and shows how committed they are beyond just completing the transfer. Even on the day of travel, everything was handled professionally and calmly. There were minor hiccups along the way, which is expected in such a complex process, but the team managed everything efficiently without causing any stress. They were empathetic, prompt and extremely professional throughout. I would highly recommend Pet Express to anyone looking to relocate their pet, especially to a country like Australia. If they can manage such a strict process so smoothly, they can handle anything. 100 percent recommended. If I had to do this again, I would choose them without hesitation.

This was our first time relocating our pet (cat) and we had heard that the process was quite complicated, time consuming and stressful. Mr Sujith at Pet Express was recommended to us by Perfect Dose Vets who said that they would take care of the relocation from start to finish. Right from the start Mr Sujith was very helpful & clear about how the process would work and that they would take care of it from A to Z which they certainly did do. Well now that the relocation is complete, what can I say about Pet Express other than that they are probably the best, most professional and efficient pet relocation experts in Dubai! Their team is very responsive (they always return your messages & calls promptly, especially Mr Sujith who always called me back or messaged me when I had a query) and are always on time to collect & return your pet (Ronie was amazing in this regards). Once the relocation was complete Mr Sujith still followed it up by asking if our cat had reached its destination safely & healthy. Really these guys at Pet Express are amazing and they know exactly what they are doing and do everything for you so you don’t have to stress or worry and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and saying that dealing with them was a pleasure. Renjitha at Pet Express organised the repatriation of our dog, Peggy, from Dubai to Scotland and couldn't have been more helpful. The whole process was really smooth, Renjitha was happy to answer all sorts of random questions, keeping stress for us and Peggy to a minimum. The cost was lower than we anticipated too. Excellent customer service from A - Z, highly recommended. My 1st travel experience for my dog so I was very nervous about the well - being of my small pet / treasure during the journey. I want to share my experience and how thankful I am with Renjitha and Maria. I was transferred here in Abu Dhabi by my company and I need to leave Daisy in Qatar for 3 months. I was not ready to relocate her because of the expenses involved. I was hoping that one day I can see her here. Leaving Dubai after so many years has been emotional—but nothing compared to the stress of relocating my beloved Persian cat, Prada. And then came Sujith from Pet Express Animals Trading… I truly cannot thank him enough. With last-minute flight restrictions and almost impossible timelines, he stepped in and made what felt impossible, possible. Prada flew on the very last available slot on the 27th, and every single step was handled with care, urgency, and heart. During one of the biggest storms in Dubai, when most people would have given up, Sujith and his team didn’t. They had multiple drivers trying to reach us just to make sure Prada was safely collected. That alone says everything about the kind of person he is. He didn’t just arrange the transport—he went above and beyond, helping me find an amazing team in Athens to receive her, handle clearance, and ensure she continues safely on her journey to Bulgaria.
