What does pet relocation to or from Dubai cost? Start with the service, the flight and the charges at each end. Here is what you can budget for now—and what needs a quotation for your route.
There is no single total for every route. Pet Express’s confirmed import coordination and clearance fee is AED 1,500 per shipment. The full relocation total also depends on the pet, crate, flight, veterinary preparation, permits and services at both ends.
Use these reference charges to plan an import through Pet Express. VAT applies to taxable items and is shown separately in your quotation. Confirm the airline, arrival airport and shipment details in your written quotation.

The permit and release amounts above match MOCCAE’s published fees: AED 200 per animal for the import permit, AED 250 for cat release and AED 500 for dog release. They are already included in the worked examples below; do not add them again.

The pet’s size, suitable crate, available route and carrier affect transport arrangements. Local airline handling is not a substitute for the freight price.
Confirm pickup and delivery addresses. If boarding or additional care is needed, ask for the rate and duration rather than assuming it is included.
Ask when the quotation expires, which items attract VAT and how changes will be approved. Storage, rebooking or extra handling should be identified when relevant.
The Dubai import figures above do not price an export to the UK, Australia, India or another destination.
